• Increase adult student enrollment.
• Increase multicultural student enrollment.
• Increase online enrollment.
• Identify and implement a customer relationship management system (CRM) to advance communication with applicants, promote enrollment, and increase student engagement and success.
• Streamline Student Communications for timing and intentionality.
• Integrate Credit for Prior Learning into Admissions and Advising for adult learners.
• Develop plan for recruitment of private sector corporations for workforce and noncredit training.
• Implement online registration for Community Education courses.   
• Implement the National Offshore Wind Institute (NOWI).
