The Paragon Awards
We are pleased to announce that we are now seeking nominations for our Bristol Paragon Awards Ceremony. This year, we have added some new awards to our event. Please review the award criteria and nominate a deserving candidate today!
This is the most distinguished award given to a graduate of Bristol Community College. Awardee is evaluated based on distinction in their chosen field, outstanding service to their community, and/or outstanding service to, and demonstrated loyal interest in, Bristol Community College. Nominees must be a graduate of BCC or have attained at least 30 credits from the College.

This award is given to an alumnus or alumna who, through professional achievement or personal dedication, has demonstrated an outstanding commitment and accomplishment to his or her field or to the community. This awardee will be recognized at the Bristol Paragon Awards Ceremony in March and will be a featured speaker at Student Awards Night in May. Nominees must be a graduate of BCC or have attained at least 30 credits from the College.

Given annually to an individual who has demonstrated achievement in his or her profession, made significant contributions to his or her community, achieved notable service to Bristol Community College (post-graduation), demonstrated commitment to improving educational opportunity and access for disadvantaged an/or non-traditional students, notable civic achievement and/or contribution, overcame formidable barriers to success in education or career. This awardee will be recognized at the Martin Luther King Day Breakfast in January and also recognized at the Bristol Paragon Awards Ceremony in March, Nominees must be a graduate of BCC or have attained at least 30 credits from the College.

Given annually to an individual who has made an exceptional contribution to the advancement of Bristol Community College. Any person associated with the College as a volunteer, excluding currently serving Trustees, Foundation Directors and employees is considered for this award.
