National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE)
NACCE is focused on increasing economic development through the dissemination of the best practices of entrepreneurship education and student business incubation at the community college level.
National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE)
Through entrepreneurship education, NFTE, which is also referred to as Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, helps young people from low-income communities build skills and unlock their entrepreneurial creativity.
Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC)
The MSBDC Network provides high-quality, in-depth counseling, training and capital access which contributes to the entrepreneurial growth of small businesses throughout Massachusetts. Their services are delivered through a network of skilled professional staff supported by a federal, state, and higher education consortium as well as several partnerships.
Counselors to America’s Small Business (SCORE)
One of America's premier sources of free and confidential small business advice for entrepreneurs. SCORE's 10,500 volunteer counselors are working or retired business owners, executives and corporate leaders who share their wisdom and lessons learned in business.
Fall River Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The Fall River Chamber can assist you if you are seeking visitor or relocation information in Fall River or in SouthCoast Massachusetts, need to find a local business, or want to grow your own business.
Fall River Office of Economic Development (FROED)
FROED helps businesses by offering aggressive incentive programs including low-interest financing, tax exemptions, employee recruitment and training services, and site selection assistance. They also provide consultation and technical support in areas ranging from permitting to international trade assistance.
New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce
The New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce serves the City of New Bedford; Acushnet; Dartmouth; Fairhaven; Freetown; Mattapoisett; Marion; Rochester; Wareham; and Westport. Initiatives include education, economic development, trade shows, and legislative affairs.
