TELEPHONE & VOICEMAIL
Supervisors arrange for telephone and voicemail service for new employees by filling out a Computer and Telephone Request Form. Copies of this form are attached to the back of the college telephone directory and can be printed from the Bristol Community College Forms directory under Outlook’s public folders.
Information Technology is unable to provide computer and telephone access until the new employee completes important on-boarding paperwork at Human Resources, which gets entered into the Banner and Human Resources Compensation Management System (HRCMS). The employee will also be required to complete IT Security Awareness Training prior to receiving computer and telephone access.
