Portfolio Checklist

All portfolios must include a portfolio certification form signed by instructor and student and be submitted in a manila folder with the student’s name, class and section number written on the tab.

Each English 101 portfolio must include:

__ one essay that integrates and documents research in MLA notation

__ three other essays

Each English 090 portfolio must include:

__ one essay

__ three other pieces of writing (developed paragraph or essay)

Each bundle of portfolios must include:

__ one copy of each assignment (with grading criteria if possible)

__ three copies of the class roster

Note: All portfolios are due on the morning of the portfolio evaluation.
